Comments:
Strange conditions tonight. Normally S9+ signals on 20 meters were
S4-5 tonight. Lots of flutter and QSB on 40m. 80m was FB, but couldn't find
anyone. Fumbled a bit with tonight's format. Go figure on thatone.
