Comments:
Russian stations did again their best and despite the very poor condx they made
Russian DX for one of the best contests of the year. Having no 14MHz Yagi I
could work this year instead of SOAB category as SOSB. For more different HA
callsigns to be heard in the contest I used HA3DX SOSB_80 mts and HA4XH
SOSB_15 mts band. See you in the next contest
Same number of USA contacts made both bands (less than 10 QSO's Hi!)
