Comments:
I was able to fix-point antennas into Europe, but 40M antenna still has
excessive SWR on Phone portion, so I ran QRP to protect radio. Was able to put
in a little more time this contest, and used the voice memory in the radio to
help my voice. 10M was not as great as I had hoped, but was able to work some
ZL's on Sunday afternoon off the back of the beam. Great to hear many FCG'ers
on the band, even though they could not hear me.
Radio is IC756Pro-2 set to QRP. Antennas are Force-12 Magnum 620340 at 21 feet
for 40 and 20, and homebrew 4 element 15 and 6 element 10 at 33 feet. Antennas
are fixed pointed on "test" tower.
