Comments:
With better band conditions possibilities for low power stations are worse since
bands are more crowded with HP stations. After S/P few times over the bands you
can just shout CQ with no answers into already fully packed bands. Only so
called good rates were on 15m Sunday after 17 Z (but still no hour with 100
qsos).
