Activity pretty slim tonite, I guess most are at Dayton.
I suggest we keep 15m a part of NS RY:
1. Tells us when the summer opening is good, so we can add it to CW in summer.
This opening is about six weeks long, centered around June 21, and
can be open to everywhere!
2. Adds activity for all, even if just local.
