Comments:
19:00 UTC participation appeared less than the 13:00 Hour however it was nice to
hear and work more EU DX. 40 had wierd noise to the point I was unable to copy
several stations that called - I apologize for not being able pull out calls.
Perhaps the 03 UTC hour will be better.
As always, CWTs are great fun, thanks for the Qs.
