Comments:
The M class flare ruined the bands so the pileups were few and far between. 15m
was marginal at best so 20m was the money band. Anyway I had a lot of fun
chasing the Russian districts. In the end I was just a couple of districts shy
of 400. Maybe next year. Thanks for the QSOs!
