Comments:
This was our first "practice" of the new school year for the Hesston College
ARC. W0BH/Bob was control-op for four unlicensed aviation and air traffic
control students. I think it's safe to say they were all hooked!
Rhett, Chris, Redfa (both days and no previous experience), and Emma (on
Saturday) really appreciated you all giving them hints and encouragement as
they learned the ropes. Conditions were really good on 20 and 15, so signals
were clear. In the last hour, Rhett even soloed the station and generated a
nice pileup in the process!
You'll likely hear us on again in the runup to Sweepstakes, and of course we
hope we hear all of you during Sweeps!
