Was going to spend the wknd building cables and configuring and learning a new
radio, perhaps make a few test contacts and turn in a small checklog if the
hardware and my brain both worked together :) Luckily...things went well and
the bands were in such tempting shape that I ended up playing for part of the
contest, managed a decent score for the time and had a lot of fun. Thanks
everyone for helping me get way up the learning curve of the new radio!!
