I lost my temper twice this weekend and told the offending station what I
thought, but there were several more times where SO2R guys left the frequency
and returned after a considerable amount of time and CLAIMED the frequency
again. Several times I had already made a contact while they were gone to the
second radio. When is the ARRL going to institute a penalty for this poor
operating practice (interference)? If you leave the frequency and can't answer
the QRL, it's not your frequency anymore.
