Comments:
All S&P with 90 watts and wire dipoles. Down about 20 percent from last year.
Conditions seemed to improve from a poor start on Friday through quite decent
propagation on Sunday. Glad to see 10 meters back. Nothing doing on top band
because of local QRN. Oceania and Asia appeared underrepresented from NA
