Comments:
With what appears to be a relatively short window for worldwide ten meter
propagation in this sunspot cycle it was a shame for the CW weekend conditions
to be suppressed by a solar storm, However it could have been a lot worse. The
low bands were actually fairly decent both nights and while not great, high
band conditions improved on Sunday. However only a smattering of northern
Europeans worked on ten and nothing from zone 16. As a result I still have not
achieved my goal of 100 countries on four bands - only 95 on ten. Last year
missed by one country (99 on 20). Did not come close to working all zones
although did work the only one I missed last year (39). Missed 21, 22, 34, and
37.
Score is 10 percent below last year's, the difference being ten meters.
