Comments:
The erratic propagation is one of the fascinating things about this contest,
WHo would have thought that on Sunday morning with very few signals on the band
that XV1X, who was listening up 2, would be getting QRMed by BA7IO while BD7LDM
was booming in at 599 a few KHz away? Of course, I couldn't work any of these
three stations.
I knew I was in trouble for this contest when my wife told me we had a party we
HAD to go to on Friday night, two more on Sat night (5pm to 11 pm)and a golf
tournament on Sunday from 10:30am thru 7 pm. That didn't leave much operating
time and, even when I could get on the air, e.g. Sat daytime, condx were lousy.
And, this is the peak of the Cycle?
