N1MM SOFTWARE
I started out with the Iron Ham contest
as I wanted to do some RTTY but only
found 2 signals. My XP computer died
earlier in the week and I replaced it
with an HP running window 8. It was a
race to get all of my software reloaded
and configured and I especially wanted
to test out the RTTY. All of my software
seems to be doing ok under Windows 8 so far.
However my N1MM did lock up a couple of times.
I moved on to the RAC and had a good time.
My most memorable QSO was with VE8RAC in
Yellow Knife NT. I told him that I had
been wanting to go to Yellow Knife and he
suggested that I go in the Summer HI HI.
