Comments:
Maui vacation+KX3+piece of wire+NAQP=fun!! (sort of) I've never been so weak
before, ever. It was a learning experience! I think I'll guest op the next
time I'm out here during a contest. Opted to crank the KX3 to full smoke (12
watts) for maximum Q's. Not sure I would've worked anyone with 5 watts. To
everyone who worked me, CONGRATS! You have good ears AND patience. K5ZD
probably wins the best ears award. Randy was barely moving my meter on 15, yet
he heard me/worked me on first call! Interesting how some really loud guys
wouldn't even humor me with a ?, yet some weak guys on this end had no problem
hearing me.
See everyone in the SSB version next weekend, from W9.
73 and Aloha
Matt/KH6
