Comments:

Regardless of condx WPX CW is always fun. This year atmospheric weather was
quite good with fairly low noise on the low bands. Solar weather wasnâ??t so
good, but thatâ??s part of what makes things fun. It was a good weekend to know
something about skewed paths!
The station held up well again. About the only failure was the stack switch on
15 displaying high vswr in the stack mode just before the beginning of the
contest. 2AM efforts by K4GMH and NR4M found and replaced a crispy relay. Thank
goodness for switches at the tower base!
Once again we had a terrific crew. Kenny K2KW was a first timer this year, and
Joe 7Q7FOC (7Q7BP) paid a return visit after four years.
As usual we were well fed and watered.
Thanks to all for the Q's.
Many thanks again to to Steve and Carolyn for the fine southern hospitality!
