Comments:
Operated using the home station, but with a solar-energy charger for station
batteries (1E). Before the event, registered my station at the League's
on-line FD Site Locator and actually got a couple visitors (who enjoyed the
experience enough to promise to "get more radio active"). Local
weather was cool and breezy at this elevation (5500 ft ASL) with no
rain/thunder storms. Band conditions were only fair. Didn't hear the big 6
meter openings that we had in the previous two Field Days, but did work 3 new
grids.
