Comments:
An M3.3 solar flare has interesting effects at 50-degrees north latitude. While
lower latitudes had recovered we were still seriously impacted by the flare
making all but the first half-hour of the second 8-hour period nearly useless
and still effecting the early portion of the third period. This was not helped
by a limited antenna on an apartment balcony forcing me to run only 25-watts
output power.
