Looks like that elusive 300 QSO total will have to wait until the next time. I
was optimistic at the beginning, but that feeling slowly faded away. Winning
the jump balls was coming most of the time at the start but for the second two
hours the second half of the couplet was not often there.
Hour 1: 86 Qs
Hour 2: 75 Qs
Hour 3: 62 Qs
Hour 4: 71 Qs
It was still a fun and quick 4 hours. Participation and the bands were both
good last night. Hope we will enjoy both next week in Sprint SSB. That one
typically can use some participation help. Also, it would be great if the
suggested 40 meter SSB frequencies were changed officially changed. Many always
suggest it, but it never happens.
