First phone contest since getting my computer back from the shop. I'm guessing I
plugged the audio connectors in wrong because my audio was terrible when I
started. I spent the first 50 minutes playing around trying to get rid of a
terrible hum and dropout. Finally, I plugged the mic directly into the front
panel and got rid of the problem. Still messing around with it after the
contest to see if I can fix it.
On the bright side, I found a VE8 and VE6 in QSO late on 20 meters and worked
my way in and got a number from both. First VE8 mult in a sprint.
