Comments:
Just got my remote setup working last night. This was my first contest operating
remote. A few minor issues which I will be able to resolve. Kept losing the
connection. But since this happened only on 20, must be an RF issue which I can
easily resolve at the station. This is first phase of project. Next step will be
to control amp. After that rotors. I doubt that I will go so far as to control
stackmatches and definitely not SO2R. This remote setup will be used for small
contests or casual operating. Major contests will still be at station when I'm
not operating overseas.
