Comments:
Just before the start of this contest, band is full of signals from UA/UR
participating another contest. Then after 09Z, band was taken over by DLs,
judging from band map and became very quiet as I cannot hear them due to the
distance in skip zone.
No DL station worked and number of Mults were down from last year.
