Comments:
This my 13th consecutive participation in the PACC, and it is getting more fun
every year!
I missed Limburg for the last province, but looking back over the years, that
has been though one from this location it seems.
Normally I average about 50 Q's in this contest, so ending up with 100 Q's this
time is great! Don't know if the plentiful snow and freezing temperatures here
had something to do with it...hihi

This contest is one I always look forward to, as a Dutchman in Kansas, it is a
