WRTC Practice Session #1
About 3.5 hours sporadic operating in middle of equipment setup, software
tweaking, troubleshooting, strategizing
Started about 1400Z Saturday with A index near 17, K about 5.
100 watts to Tri-bander in W3 is a slightly different experience than
Battleship NH. Ken posted a sign saying "we are WEAK" to help me
adjust :-)
His QRP / LP experience most helpful in attitude adjustment to heavy S&P
environment. Later in day got a good run going on 20.
Six weeks and counting.
