Comments:
This was the first 4 band effort from N2NT in a VHF contest and all the
equipment worked! Andy and I spend quite a bit of time on weekends the past
few months preparing for the June contest.
Got a good mix of propagation over the weekend. A bit of tropo Sunday morning
followed by a really nice 6m Es opening Sunday late afternoon/evening.
The SB-220 recently modified to a six meters by King Conversions worked like a
champ.
Nice to have W2GD and his XYL stop by for a bit Sunday afternoon. John picked
up his P3 (on loan to Andy) for use during WRTC.
This VHF stuff is fun. We hope to be back in September.
