Comments:
My 61st Field Day. It is especially gratifying to listen to the young people
being mentored by the old timers on handling the QSO's. That approach will
ensure the future of the hobby that we all enjoy - even 61 years after getting
started with Amateur Radio. I remember operating a BC 610- on 75 meter phone
and using a PE103 Dynamotor with a car battery attached at my first Field Day
at Clear Lake, Iowa with the North Iowa Radio Club.
