Comments:
There were too many conflicts this year to organize a M/S operation, so Sig N3RS
and I did separate casual SO efforts. 15m opened late to Europe both mornings,
but for me, 15m was the money band. Very low local noise as compared to 20m,
so I put up with the QSB on 15. It was great fun, as usual.
