Comments:

I finally got SO2R working after eventually realizing that one of the USB/Serial
interfaces was malfunctioning. Then when I moved the cabling for the amp and
main antenna switches to the second radio it showed high SWR and I only had 5
minutes left so I decided to go with 1 radio.

40 meters was really hard - I kept tuning across the same stations and the new
callsigns I heard always seemed to be on the wrong end of the couplet. Missed
VE4 and NE which I heard.

I made more band changes than normal for a one-radio effort since I've learned
from SO2R that returning to 20 late often picks up several mults that otherwise
aren't worked. Unfortunately the Alpha 9500 faulted several times when I
changed bands and I'd have to wait 3 minutes each time for it to be ready
again.

I thought I had a chance of making 300 Qs but had some big gaps in the log on
both 80 and 40 when I just could not find anyone new or get answers to CQs.

73,
-Mike, N7MH
