Comments:
I had a very nice time on the air. Condx were good on 10 and 15 meter. 40 meter
was poor from Brazil. I used my FT-857D (75 Watts) + Acom LS1210 antenna + 40 m
delta loop + N1MM (MMTTY) soundboard. No QSOs on 80. The 857 doesn�'t allow
connection to linear AMP PTT when using CAT cable. So operators have to choose
between AMP and CAT. I used CAT this time. I confess that wkng some stations
costed a lot of timein the crowded bands... Saturday morning I decided to
install the 300Hz filter in the radio, because I couldn�'t copy much stations
with the standart filter. With filter installed, life changed a lot. I realized
that 300Hz filter for RTTY contests is mandatory. CU next year guys. 73 de Eger
