Comments:
After many decades running 1500W to 8 elements on a 800' ridge, I am now located
on the flats in a townhouse (read: CC&R's) with 100 watts. Talk about
culture shock! It's taken weeks to unpack. I had the station set up in my
office, but no antenna. The N6BT Bravo 5 remote tuned vertical arrived Friday,
and I managed to have it set up and the coax run by Sunday morning. I was
surprised to be able to work EU, and pretty much around the USA. This was a
quick test run, but at least I'm on the air. A whole new radio experience
awaits!
