Not a serious effort, just trying to get Jefferson for last NY county (3rd), but
didn't. It was spotted on 40M but never heard any NY stations except 20 and
15M.
Also wanted to make contacts with operators who return the favor throughout the
year.
Lot of good spotting all day!
