Great prop on 10mtrs Sunday afternoon, was the only band I had runs on except
for some 40mtr late night stuff but had to S&P most of the weekend. No real
antennas here except for a rectangular quad loop for 40-10 up 70ft., center fed
130ft dipole up 70ft. and 43ft Zero 5 vertical with a BIG loading coil in the
center for 75mtrs that worked FB! Radio FTDX3000, Acom 1000 amp and a Palstar
AT2KD tuner. After over 12 years since I sold the contest station on LI I can
still have fun at this game with simple antennas and thanks to all the stations
around the world that I worked, it was just like old times again, great stuff.
