Wow! Outstanding conditions! Really fun.
At first glance, my mult total seems a bit low for assisted, especially with
such great conditions. I think this is mainly because the running was so good.
It never did feel slow, even on the low bands.
20m typically closes later in the evening this time of year. Sometimes we get a
short opening over the pole around midnight. However, this time it stayed open
all night from Friday into Saturday. Add to that a gangbuster 40m band all
weekend, and the typically slow night time hours, where you struggle to stay
awake, never happened.
