Comments:
Small gun setup, city location, single 12m tower with 3-el SteppIR.
Pre-contest goal: 3000 QSOs and zero S/P.
Thanks to great band conditions ended up with 3,558 QSOs and best hourly rate
of 199 QSOs p/h during the early Sunday morning 10m opening to USA.
Could not be bothered chasing mults so only worked those who answered my CQ.
Really dumb strategy but heaps of fun!
Contest highlights: being called by JW7QIA and ZS1C on 10m via long path
who managed to break heavy US pile. 30 hours of non-stop CQing and still can't
get enough of the sound of IC-7700's receiver.
Thanks to all who called in and turned beams to VK.
