Comments:
Band wasn't "up" as much as in the ARRL DX contest, or CQ WW DX
contest. Worked Low Power to maximize the number of contacts eligible for the
ARRL Centennial. About half if he contacts produced points, and each op who is
in the Centennial QP got my points, whether or not ARRL members.
Had other obligations, so only 7 hours on the operating chair.
