K3/100, Classic 33 @ 75ft, CQ/X 1.8.0.8
That was great fun with the Classic 33 at 75ft making a big difference over my
usual HI-Q 4/80 screwdriver at 6ft:>) Many thanks to the Jefferson ARC for
use of their antenna. It's a fine club station here and soon to be even better
with the addition of two more towers.
Outstanding to see lots of new calls in my log that I don't remember from the
last time I operated in the NAQP. Participation and bands were in excellent
shape here in New Orleans.
Thanks for the Qs. Hopefully next time I'll be able to put in a full time
effort.
