Comments:
First CW in ARRL DX CW contest with no training wheels - meaning I only used the
vacuum between the ears to decode. Rate was about 1/2 of my SP SSB mode so not
too bad. I still take too long, more so on the 30+ wpm speeders.
Started Sat night on 40 and had fun. Began at my Contest & CW mentor's
station listening as he worked them for 5 hrs late morning early afternoon. It
helped a bit since his station can hear what mine often cannot.
Began on 40 Sunday and spent time on 20, 15 and 10. QSB for me at least on 10
was a bit harsh. 15 was great though.
Progress with 63 q's. We'll see how I did when the check log results are in.
