Log: N3FJP's ARRL International DX Contest Log Version 3.8
My first ARRL WW CW so I had no real goals other than to not embarrass
myself. 100% "C&P": "click" on the spot and
"pounce." I probably spent
too much time looking for mults than I should have, but I have no regrets.
N3FJP's upgraded contest SW with "smart spot filtering" made this
easy as every
spot was a new one and new mults are also tagged. (N1MM may do this as
well; I have not used it this way.)
I did contact 95 countries, and after only three months of using CW enough new
ones for CW DXCC; plus enough new ones on 40M to finally make DXCC there too.
Of course, I still have a long way to go to ragchew in CW -- CW contesting is
actually rather easy! Now to see how accurate I was -- I'm still not great
with
cut numbers for the power.
