Comments:
Gave it the college try but conditions did not allow for much running Europe,
and revealed 20-meters as a weak point. Like N5AW I did some quick math at
4:15 AM local, noticed my rate was 20/hr with USA stations only, and realized I
could take a 1.5 hour nap and make up for it with a handful of 5-pointers in the
final hour.
The nap was nice, but the handful of 10-pointers didn't work out quite as
planned! KH7XX was monster loud on all bands including 80 and 160. As I get
older I appreciate the 24-hour events like RDXC and IARU more each year.
Thanks to Jack for hosting - 73!
