Passing weather system made for cool temperatures from my Santa Monica Mts. (CA)
operating perch & also accounted for poorer than standard tropo to the
North! QSOs were made with 13 Members of Ventura County (CA) ACS/RACES, VCARS,
& CVARC. Nice to see that so many local stations got to experience some VHF
operating without resorting to using repeaters.
