Comments:
FT1000MP, 100W, TH6DXX, dipole, inverted vee. Sure is more fun with QRO. Both
Alpha amps need to be repaired. Still fun, but very few answers to CQs. 20M
good to NA and Eu. 40M good to USA and some Eu. 80M noisy with good signals
from Eastern and Central US. Signals from West Coast were OK,, but no QSOs
made as the QRO guys couldn't hear my LP calls. I am leaving in a few hours to
visit with my college roommate K4QPL in Raleigh, NC and we will be operating
with Howie, N4AF, and Alan, AA4FU, M/S in CQ WPX CW this weekend. 73, John,
