Comments:
Before the contest my motivation was a bit on the low side due to missing the
lower 20m beam. As I had no BPFs yet I could not consider running SO2R. I was
awake too long and felt very tired and went to bed for a 3 hour nap. When I
woke up it was already 01Z. 40m sounded quite good into the states. Later 20m
was wide open to the west coast. On the second nite I slept more than 7 hours.
Despite that I had to struggle to keep myself awake. I tried to run quite a few
time during the weekend but I always felt a bit weak. Hence it is amazing that I
was able to break the OH record by wide margin. Thanks for the QSOs!
