Had a fun time in this contest, worked it in between doing other things around
the house. Bands seemed to be in pretty good shape, with the exception of 15
and 10. I was able to make a couple of contacts on those two bands but
conditions seemed to fizzle out after the first couple of hours. Worked fellow
Swampfoxes WN4AFP Dave on 40 (man he was FLYING)and Don W4OC on 160. Really
enjoyed working stations on the top band, it was nice to hear so much activity
in the middle of the summer. Best band for me was 20 after the band shifted
from EU to stateside.
