Comments:

FT1000MP, Alpha 78, 1 KW, TH6DXX, dipole, zepp, inverted vee. 10M had PY2XC
with a great signal. Heard no one else on that band. 15 had fair signals from
South America, ZM2B in for hours, loud signals from far western stations, and
some scatter from the east coast. Also KG6DX on Guam late in the afternoon.
20M had some decent signals from Europe and also 4X in Asia, but there weren't
many of them. West coast signals were OK. Rest of the country was spotty and
20M was much worse than last year. As a result, a lot of us went to 40 and 80
much earlier than we had planned. Last year I had only 3 QSOs on 80 because 20
and 40 were so good. This year, a lot of QSOs on 80M, but QRN was heavy from
some thunderstorms in the area, but none locally fortunately. Thanks for all
QSOs. This score was also over 10K points higher than the same session last
year.

Team was SECC.

73, John, K4BAI.
