Comments:

I thought the bands were flat, especially towards New England and the midwest.
My best DX was FN43 to the northeast, and EM95 to the southwest. My score was
down from last year and its enhanced conditions.

The chat room yielded about 10 long distance QSOs I would not otherwise have
made, the cluster was most useful for watching for the E-skip openings (which
didn't quite get to my location) - I could see it happening for New England to
the south. Making the extra contacts created interest and challenge - I think
is a good rule change to keep.

Thanks to the rovers who got out there and put grids on the air.

73, Mike, W3IP
