For ladder points only as am currently out of the "circle" in Wyoming.
With KO7X now sk, thought I ought to make sure Wyoming represented in this
contest. Only dipoles survived last two winters and had to relocate rig to room
without 240 VAC for amp, so am temporarily limited to low power. Still, things
