Comments:
Targeted to beat the Baltic SOAB Assisted record which I did. High band
propagation was better than expected, low bands where lousy. It was difficult
to hold the running frequency at times due to QRM. The biggest surprise was
what Tonno ES5TV did - a perfect match of exceptional operator skills,
technical potential of his superstation and what could have been squeezed out
of the propagation. He did it 110 per cent. And a bit of luck too. The score
would have matched better to multiop class rather that singleop unassisted.
