Comments:
Had a busy weekend, with my father-in-law visiting from out of town. Did a few
minutes of operating here and there from my stealth condo station to get a bit
of the Sweepstakes experience.
Still haven't gotten around to setting up the K1EL keyer for my KX3, so relied
almost entirely on hand-sending at 25-26 WPM.
With my end-fed half-wave wire at an apex of 20', and an A index of 42, I
wasn't able to put out a strong signal to the East Coast stations. But 40M was
quite strong here in the West and I worked a few close-in stations.
Congrats to N7MH (W6YX) on what is likely to be a top QRP score.
