Comments:

It looks like there is no category for SB CW Low power so I suppose this will
score be competing with folks who operated both modes with high power.  Oh
well.  I had fun.  Biggest thrill was to find VY1JA calling CQ with no callers
and nabbing J on the first call!  Never heard an NL station.
