Comments:
My WinKeyer USB went crazy and cost me 15 minutes by sticking on one too-fast
speed, popping up error message that it was in conflict with COM4 (which I
don't use), and then not accessing the Call History File. You'd think it had
roaches. Got all but the speed problem fixed and finished with a low score.
Band condx not great, either; France easy to work, but not California. Lot of
mushy, weak signals on higher bands.
